Tania Martin
I worked for the Met Police for 23 years, reaching the rank of Chief Superintendent. My last role was in charge of Specialist Firearms Command (c1000 officers) and deputy stop and search lead. I have also worked in counter terrorism, neighbourhood policing, school policing, frontline, training and marine policing.
In 2025 I moved back to Exeter and am Operations Director for Devon Air Ambulance. I am responsible for all the clinical, medical and flight services, and IMPACT (a post-collision research centre).
