Serving as a strategic staff member to the Chairman and General Manager, with core mandates including:
1. Conducting comprehensive peer benchmarking (both domestic and global) on financial and operational performance to generate strategic insights.
2. Facilitating executive-level communications and managing relationships with financial regulators and institutional partners.
3. Overseeing and tracking KPI/OKR implementation across all Business Units to drive organizational execution.
4. Monitoring the regulatory landscape to identify potential impacts and compliance requirements for the firm.
5. Leading feasibility studies for new initiatives, including market evaluations, revenue/cost projections, and risk assessments for new products and strategic partnerships.
6. Steering cross-functional projects to ensure successful corporate alignment and execution.
